MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, WA – First responders were called to the scene of an accident on Washington 104 westbound near 5th Avenue Northeast Friday morning, according to WSDOT Traffic.

On SR 104 westbound just west of 5th Ave NE (MP 29) there is a collision blocking the right lane.

Dispatchers responded to the incident around 9:35 a.m.
