SEATTLE, WA – Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run collision in SODO on Monday morning, according to FOX 13.
A person driving an SUV made a right turn when they struck an 83-year-old woman walking west at 4th Avenue South and South Spokane Street around 7:45 a.m.
Following the collision, the driver fled the scene.
