BELLEVUE, WA – According to KIRO 7, police are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash in northeast Bellevue that occurred Friday night.
An 18-year-old man was riding a motorcycle when he slammed into another vehicle at Northeast 8th Street and 116th Avenue Northeast around 9:40 p.m.
First responders pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries.
Crews shut down the intersection to process the scene.
Authorities believe speed was a factor in the incident.
