CLOVER CREEK, WA – According to KOMO, a juvenile died in a fatal two-vehicle collision in Clover Creek Tuesday afternoon.
A juvenile driver was driving recklessly at Portland Avenue East and 112th Street East when they crashed, rolled over several times, struck a power pole, and hit another vehicle around 2 p.m.
One juvenile passenger died in the crash. First responders transported two other juvenile passengers to area hospitals. One of them had life-threatening injuries. The condition of the other juvenile is unknown. The 24-year-old driver of the car the juvenile struck was also hospitalized.
Authorities arrested the juvenile driver.
All the juveniles involved were between 15 and 17 years old.
The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
